These measurements should be dependent on the size of baskets or shelves on which you want to store merchandise. Sometimes the lack of foresight in determining the dimensions of the chamber causes the non-utilization of its volume in 30-40% (sometimes missing a few inches to accommodate an additional row of racks). Equally important is the selection of operating parameters of refrigeration equipment. Proper selection of refrigeration equipment allows you to cool or freeze a quantity of the product with its temperature of loading to the final temperature at the desired time, without causing it to dry.
